These Terms & Conditions apply to the Mp3Juice Music Downloader application (hereby referred to as the “Application”), developed and operated by MP3JUICE (SMC PRIVATE) LIMITED (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Application.

Use of the Application

Mp3Juice Music Downloader is designed to help users search, stream, and download music content for personal entertainment purposes only.

Users agree to:

• Not misuse or attempt to damage the Application
• Not copy, modify, or distribute the Application without permission
• Not use the Application for illegal or unauthorized activities

Music & Copyright Policy

Mp3Juice respects copyright laws and intellectual property rights.

The Application only supports:

• Royalty-free content
• Licensed content
• Permission-based music provided by creators or authorized sources

Whenever applicable, proper credit is provided to original artists, creators, labels, or companies within song descriptions.

If any creator, copyright owner, label, artist, or company believes that any content available through the Application should be removed, they may contact us directly at contact@mp3juice.pk.

We review all valid copyright complaints seriously and may remove content promptly when necessary.

Intellectual Property

The “Mp3Juice” name, branding, logos, graphics, and related assets are registered trademarks and intellectual property of MP3JUICE (SMC PRIVATE) LIMITED.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or misuse any branding or intellectual property without written permission.

Third-Party Services

The Application may include third-party services such as advertising, analytics, notifications, and crash reporting providers including:

• AdMob
• Firebase Crashlytics
• OneSignal
• AppLovin

These services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

User Data & Privacy

By using the Application, users also agree to the Privacy Policy regarding information collection, storage, and usage practices.

The Service Provider takes reasonable steps to protect user information and maintain security.

Availability & Updates

The Service Provider may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Application at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.

Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

The Service Provider shall not be held responsible for:
• Service interruptions
• Data loss
• Third-party content issues
• Unauthorized access
• Technical problems outside reasonable control

Users use the Application at their own risk.
